Our rates are market competitive.

They depend on

  1. The contents of the assignment: Interim or Consultancy
    Interim: You need to fill in an HR position on your site, you need a consultant to manage the day-to-day deliverables of that position, for a certain time period.
    Consultancy: You need specific human resources know-how and this requires a consultant who provides you (and your team) with that knowledge. Once this consultancy is delivered, the assignment comes to an end.

  2. Level of the assignment (and thus level of the needed consultant)
    You may need an HR expert, an HR Manager or an HR Director level.

  3. Duration: when the partnership is a long term one, our prices will be altered to your advantage
