Our rates are competitive.

They depend on:

  1. The content of the assignment, whether Interim or Consultancy
  2. Interim: You need to fill an HR position in your organization; you need a consultant to manage the day-to-day operations of that position for a certain time period.
    Consultancy: You need specific human resources know-how and this requires a consultant who provides you (and your team) with that knowledge. Once this consultancy is delivered, the assignment comes to an end.
  3. The level of the assignment (and therefore the level of the consultant)

You may need an HR expert, an HR Manager or an HR Director level.

  1. The duration: when the partnership is a long-term one, our prices will be altered to your advantage.

SENIOR PAYROLL ADVISOR - 3 months and longer – BLOX knowledge - ASAP - fulltime – Antwerp and Brussels
INTERNATIONAL HR MANAGER WITH KNOWLEDGE OF AFRICA – long term assignment – based in Belgium ¼ travel – E/FR – fulltime
