About us

Katrien DevosKatrien Devos has a Masters in Psychology and postgraduate credentials in personnel management, HR consulting and economics.

She has over 15 years’ experience in human resources, both in content (headhunting, recruitment, assessment, function classifications, training, career transition, coaching) and in sales (outsourcing services in HR and payroll).

As a former Interim Consultant, she recognizes the needs and expectations of self- employed consultants.

Katrien Devos is Founder and Director of HR Builders and Vice President of Alter Forhum.

 

Greet BunnensGreet Bunnens graduated as a Commercial Engineer and has postgraduate credentials in personnel management, finance and management.

During the last 15 years she has built up a wealth of experience in human resources and people management thanks to different interim HR management assignments. She has worked in the various areas of human resources, from recruitment to comp & ben, from competence management to function classification, and in general as well as specialist roles.

Robby De Caluwé graduated in Business Management and Marketing and has completed several training courses in HR.

He has more than 13 years of experience in personnel management, human resources, sales and people management, as well as in HR consulting. He has worked in an advisory capacity for large enterprises, public institutions and SMEs in the broad area of payroll and human resources.

Robby De Caluwé is Business Partner at HR Builders.
