About us

Katrien Devos (°1972) has a Master in Psychology and postgraduates in Personnel Management, HR Advice and Economics.

She has over 13 years’ experience in Human Resources, as well in content (headhunting, recruitment, assessment, position classifications, training, career transition, coaching), as in sales (outsourcing services in HR and payroll).

Being a former Interim Consultant, she recognizes the needs and expectations of self- employed consultants.

Katrien Devos is Founder and Director of HR Builders and Vice President of Alter Forhum.

Greet Bunnens (°1973) graduated as a Commercial Engineer and has different postgraduates in Personnel Management, Finance and Management.

During the last 13 years she was able to build a solid experience in Human Resources and people management thanks to different Interim HR Management Assignments. She covered the different domains of Human Resources (from Recruitment to Comp&Ben , from Competence Management to Function Classification , from expert to generalist).
